Cellma’s Theatre & Surgery Module gives surgical teams the facilities to manage the entire surgical care pathway from assessing referrals to postoperative communication with the patients. Surgeons and their teams can use Cellma’s comprehensive appointment scheduling functions to manage preoperative clinics to assess elective surgery referrals and schedule operations. Once procedures are validated by a senior surgeon Cellma triggers an automatic generation of theatre lists specific to the patient and operation.
An aesthetic record allows monitoring of patients during procedures, as well as recording actual consumption of items during an operation which is linked to stock control. Surgeons can create tailored recovery plans for patients based on information gathered during the surgery.
Surgical teams can continue communication with patients and/or carers, GPs and other healthcare professionals outside of their organisation through automatically generated letters, emails or text messages.
As is the case with all Cellma modules full reporting and integration is available. There are 3 levels of reporting available in Cellma; Customisable Dashboards, Ad-hoc reporting and pre-defined detailed reports. Cellma’s reporting is designed to facilitate rapid understanding for the professional involved to meeting all local, national, research and statutory requirements.
Cellma modules can be deployed as standalone systems or integrated with other Cellma modules or third party systems, the result is seamless integrated paperless care across the health organisation.
