Benefits Realisation
Benefits are the main driver of our implementation strategy, as their identification sets the targets and objectives for the project. In order to achieve the potential benefits, a general process is adopted, this includes: Identifying, planning, monitoring and finding quantifiable ways to measure the benefits of implementing Cellma.

One size does not fit all and key to RioMed software implementations are project teams with experience in the health sector, and a local presence that provides close supervision, real-time response and support of capacity building within the health environment.

Once benefits are identified, they will be profiled; intricate details of each benefit are identified and recorded. After this, a Benefits Realisation Plan will be compiled to provide a schedule of the order and timescales in which all program benefits will be realised. The plan will identify significant milestones during the program where benefit reviews will take place to ensure all targets are being met.

Numerous benefits can be realised through the implementation of Cellma, but broadly speaking, they can be categorized into the following categories:
  • Quality (for example standardizing patient assessment and management)
  • Efficiency (such as the automatic generation of letters, forms and reports reduces administrative costs)
  • Safety (eliminating patient record duplication)

Cellma will save you time, increase the quality of patient data and reduce the need for clinical risk management.
