RioMed is privately owned software development house which operates in the healthcare industry producing software applications for use across the health sector. With a mission statement of ‘working to improve healthcare’ the company began life as a management consultancy firm which then established a software development arm. Software development is the primary focus of RioMed Ltd.


RioMed is an international company, with headquarters in the UK and a regional office in Trinidad and Tobago. As well as the best software engineers in the business the company has a strong clinical focus; all our project managers are qualified clinicians and the board of directors has over 50 years experience in the healthcare between them. PRINCE2 methodologies underpin our project management principles, ITIL our customer services and ISO our management processes.
