FORMIS Falls and Osteoporosis Software is designed to help health care professionals and health care practioners who are in process of setting up their own services.

The software will allow users to access patients using validated Falls and Fracture assessment tools.

It will generate letters to patients, GP's and Consultants who are involved in the Falls and Osteoporosis management.

Audit reports can be produced against Set Criteria's easily and simply.

Also included in the package:

• RioMed will provide you with a version of the FORMIS software, tailored to meet the requirements of the client.
• RioMed shall provide the necessary services and technical training to designated employees from you for one year from the date of installation.
• RioMed will provide you with a helpline to designated employees from yourselves for one year from the date of Installation.
• RioMed will provide you with audit reports for the first year of the contract.
• RioMed will be responsible for the delivery and installation of the FORMIS software.
