About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor Intern who is eager to learn and grow in the field of video production. This role is ideal for freshers who have a strong interest in visual storytelling and hands-on experience with industry-standard editing tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit raw footage into engaging videos for social media, marketing, and internal use

Context and Purpose of the Job

Customer Support Executive staff are responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our users, primarily focusing on our specialised healthcare software, Cellma. The position involves troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, offering insightful guidance, and ensuring a seamless user experience. With a strong emphasis on problem-solving and communication, Helpdesk Support plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and contributing to the overall success of our Customer Service Team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries and technical issues, providing prompt and professional assistance to resolve and minimise client service issues
  • Accurately document all support requests, actions taken, and resolutions in the company’s ticketing system.
  • Efficiently manage ticket allocations from creation through to close, within SLAs and KPIs.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information; adheres to company security policies.
  • Become proficient in RioMed's healthcare software and keep up to date with changes.

The overall purpose of the role is to design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React. We are seeking a skilled React Developer with over two years’ hands-on experience in building robust front-end solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical fundamentals, experience working within structured development environments, and familiarity with modern tools within the React ecosystem. Exposure to team coordination or leadership responsibilities would be advantageous.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable React applications using best practices.
  • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code with strong focus on performance and quality.
  • Work closely with API, BA, QA, and UI teams for seamless integration.
  • Perform thorough unit testing and ensure minimal production defects.
  • Participate in meaningful code reviews and follow established code review checklists.

Context and Purpose of the Job

The Project Manager is responsible for facilitating the planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling of RioMed’s projects. Duties include creating project plans, tracking progress, monitoring workplan execution, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager provides direct supervision to the Project Administrator in the execution of his/her duties.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are completed within the timeline and quality parameters set out.
  • Lend support to the Project Team Lead in creating and tracking the progress of project plans to ensure the target number of sites are installed successfully.
  • Engage in client meetings to obtain detailed information about their duties and processes and document findings, in addition to making recommendations to the Project Team Lead and other managers.
  • Perform process improvement reviews for clients by documenting, analysing process flows for areas of deficiencies and assist in providing recommendations for improvement.

Project Administrator - Guyana

Position: Project Administrator

Reporting To: Project Team Lead

Context and Purpose of the Job

The Project Administrator is required to assist in the planning, execution, monitoring and controlling of projects. Duties include tracking project progress, monitoring work plan execution and writing project related reports and other documentation and coordinating and scheduling of project meetings.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provides a high level of assistance and support independently to clients in the administration of Cellma module exercises, including floor-walking exercises and reviews, as well as training for small groups.
  • Coordinates and schedules meetings with relevant clients, take minutes and distribute accordingly, and follow up on all activities with attendees. Escalate when necessary to the associated Project Manager on non-response or non-compliance.
  • Develops and maintains working documentation, including Workflow and User Testing documents.
  • Develops and maintains the Company’s Logs, including Action Logs, Risk Registers and Client Decision Logs.
  • Ensures that project activities are properly and realistically scheduled, monitored, and completed within set deadlines.
  • Log and monitor project activities through its life cycle from planning, testing, tracking, and reporting on the Company’s Customer Resource Management software.
  • Attend weekly team meetings, whether remotely or within the office, to obtain detailed work plans for the week.
  • Submit upcoming client activity reports on a weekly basis to the associated Project Manager before deadline.

  • Perform preliminary data analysis and generate reports for marketing and sales teams.
