Context and Purpose of the Job

The Helpdesk Support staff is responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our users, primarily focusing on our specialized healthcare software, Cellma. The position involves troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, offering insightful guidance, and ensuring a seamless user experience. With a strong emphasis on problem-solving and communication, the Helpdesk Support will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and contributing to the overall success of our Customer Service Team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, or chat, providing prompt and professional assistance to minimise client service issues
  • Accurately document all support requests, actions taken, and resolutions in the company’s ticketing system.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information; adheres to company security policies.
  • To become proficient in RioMed’s healthcare software and keep up to date with changes.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers or testers)
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time

The overall purpose of the job is to facilitate the planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling of RioMed’s projects. We are seeking a Product Trainer to join our Training Department. The Trainer will design and deliver engaging training programs on RioMed’s products for both internal staff and external clients across all regions. This role is critical in ensuring that users have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to adopt our products effectively, thereby driving client success and satisfaction. The Trainer will collaborate closely with the Training Department, as well as with Product Specialists, Project Managers, and Account Managers, to deliver consistent and impactful learning experiences. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver product training sessions (onsite and virtual) for staff and clients across global offices, both virtually and on-site.
  • Design, update, and maintain training materials such as presentations, user guides, e-learning modules, quick reference sheets, and recordings. 
  • Collaborate with Product Specialists, Project Managers, Account Managers, Client Success, and Support teams to ensure training content reflects the latest product updates and workflows. 
  • Facilitate staff onboarding, refresher sessions, and client-specific training tailored to business needs and use cases. 
  • Assess training effectiveness through feedback, knowledge checks, practical evaluations, and self-assessment forms.
  • Provide post-training support and guidance to reinforce knowledge application.

The overall purpose of the job is to facilitate the daily running of human resource management in the RioMed Offices for Trinidad and remotely for the UK. HR Manager should have good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams. Main Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment and selection process.
  • Coordinate onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

Performance Management

  • Oversee and manage employee performance appraisal process and probationary assessments.
  • Oversee employees’ career development and monitor the goals and training register.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate in conjunction with the Training Manager

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including employee files and HRIS data (including sick leave, annual leave etc.)
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with global HR team on execution of strategy.

  • Manage and analyze quarterly Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and identify improvement areas.

The overall purpose of the job is to facilitate the administration and organisation of training programs at RioMed. Your duties will include communicating with our staff, clients, and vendors and assisting with the development of effective training programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and maintaining training initiatives across the organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in facilitating training sessions for new hires, existing staff, and Clients.
  • Prepare training evaluation forms and self-assessment forms for all trainings.
  • Review the training materials prepared by the Project Management or Customer Services Teams that would be used for Client Trainings and ensure these are ready prior to the training date.
  • Assist in creating training materials (written and/or visual).
  • Follow-up with participants for training feedback.
  • Create training reports for the evaluation of training effectiveness.
  • Monitor attendance and performance during training programs.
  • Attend training sessions and identify areas of improvement within the sessions and by reviewing session recordings.
  • Collate scope for improvement training recordings for further analysis and problem solving for Teams and Senior Management.
