Customer Service Advisor - India

Position: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Pune, India

Context and Purpose of the Job

The Helpdesk Support staff is responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our users, primarily focusing on our specialized healthcare software, Cellma. The position involves troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, offering insightful guidance, and ensuring a seamless user experience. With a strong emphasis on problem-solving and communication, the Helpdesk Support will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and contributing to the overall success of our Customer Service Team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, or chat, providing prompt and professional assistance to minimise client service issues
  • Accurately document all support requests, actions taken, and resolutions in the company’s ticketing system.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information; adheres to company security policies.
  • To become proficient in RioMed’s healthcare software and keep up to date with changes.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers or testers)
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports. Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • To attend regular service meetings with RioMed’s customers
  • To assist in internal and external training on our software system Cellma
  • Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support role.
  • Willingness to work in UK shift hours to support business operations.
  • Proficiency in common IT tools and software, including MS Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Additional certification in Microsoft, MYSQL or Testing technologies is a plus

Our core business function is developing and delivering clinical applications. We provide customised solutions to meet the specific requirements of healthcare professionals. Our mission is to improve healthcare at the point of delivery through patient participation and real time data capture.

RioMed has been delivering clinical solutions nationally and internationally since 1997, in a variety of communicable and non-communicable disease areas including, HIV, Sexually transmitted disease, Osteoporosis, Elderly Care, Rheumatology, Cardiology and Diabetes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Reporting:
    • Develop comprehensive quarterly, monthly, and weekly activity plans aligned with strategic objectives.
      • Prepare detailed reports encompassing:
      • General marketing overview
      • Website performance analysis
      • Social media engagement insights
      • SEO effectiveness assessment
      • (TBC) PPC performance report
      • (TBC) Ecommerce analysis
    • Analyse data, derive actionable insights, and make recommendations based on the reports.
  • Digital Platform Management:
    • Oversee and maintain various digital platforms including Facebook, Internal SharePoint site, Twitter, Instagram, and the company website.
    • Collaborate with SharePoint developer/designer to enhance the functionality and user experience of the Internal SharePoint site.
  • Internal Communication and Collaboration:
    • Facilitate effective communication among Business Development, Human Resources, and Marketing departments across all offices.
    • Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Market Research and Strategy:
    • Coordinate research activities to identify competitive analysis and emerging trends to inform marketing strategies.
    • Contribute to the development and execution of quarterly and annual marketing plans.
  • Content Development and Design:
    • Provide strategic insights for the creation and design of marketing materials optimized for digital platforms.
    • Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across all digital assets.
  • Team Supervision:
    • Lead and supervise the digital marketing team in the effective execution of marketing plans.
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Participate in strategic meetings to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.

Essentials

Account Manager - UK

Position: Account Manager

Reporting To: Customer Services Manager 

Context and Purpose of the Job

Our mission is to improve healthcare at the point of delivery through patient participation and real time data capture.

RioMed has been delivering clinical solutions nationally and internationally since 1997, in a variety of communicable and non-communicable disease areas including, HIV, Sexually transmitted disease, Osteoporosis, Elderly Care, Rheumatology, Cardiology and Diabetes.

RioMed’s Customer Service Team spans three continents, all our support staff are required to work with each other across 3 time zones and also interact with our project management team and in-house IT department to manage the day-to-day queries and user testing process, providing oversight both internally and on behalf of our customers.

The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships as the primary point of contact, ensuring satisfaction through regular reporting, account reviews, and proactive check-ins. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, identify service improvement opportunities, and ensure timely resolution of client tickets while maintaining a strong knowledge of RioMed's products and services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
  • Conduct regular reporting and account reviews (minimum quarterly), and ad-hoc check-ins to assess customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of each customer's product usage, needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Collaborate with the helpdesk team and across the business to resolve complex customer queries and issues.
  • Maintain good knowledge about RioMed’s products and services and keep up to date with changes.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement or additional services that can benefit the customer.
  • Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Maintain overall responsibility for client tickets, including achievement of KPIs, ticket quality, progress and resolution within SLA, and act as initial escalation point.
  • Identify areas for service improvements and actively engage with change initiatives.
