OVERVIEW
- RioMed is a leading clinical international software company based in Southampton. Our core business function is developing and delivering clinical applications. We provide customised solutions to meet the specific requirements of healthcare professionals; with a mission to improve healthcare at the point of delivery, through patient participation and real time data capture.
- RioMed’s Customer Service Team spans three continents, all our support staff are required to work with each other across 3 time zones and also interact with our project management team and in-house IT department to manage the day-to-day queries and user testing process, providing oversight both internally and on behalf of our customers.
- We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our expanding Customer Service Team. Depending on your experience, education and drive we will support you to further develop your skills, to enable you to gain further skills and qualification to develop yourself in the team and the business.
MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES
- To work within a small client service team, managing day-to-day queries from our healthcare professional customers
- To become proficient in RioMed’s healthcare software, Cellma
- To be part of the software testing process, specific to Cellma, which is crucial to rollout of updated software versions
- To provide help and advice to customers that are using RioMed’s software
- To actively identify problems and seek to implement solutions to minimise client service issues
- To attend regular service meetings with RioMed’s customers
- To work with the team to identify any risks or knowledge gaps and discuss these appropriately within team meetings and one-to-ones with the Customer Service Manager
- To assist in internal and external training on our software system Cellma
- To keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- To learn about RioMed’s products or services and keep up to date with changes
- To have a knowledge or awareness of databases, data structure and willingness to learn and implement this within the daily work in customer service
- Interest or willingness to learn about hardware and networking within the office
PERSON REQUIREMENTS – ESSENTIAL
- Candidate must have experience working within an Office Environment
- Proven Customer Service Skills
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office Applications
- Willingness to learn and understand RioMed’s healthcare software, Cellma
- Experience within the healthcare sector or keen to work within this sector
- Be a Team Player
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrates own initiative
- Can prioritise and manage a varied workload
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work efficiently to tight deadlines
- Interest on database and hardware – but not essential
