RioMed Limited is Established
1) Started off as a management consultancy firm.
2) Focused on Disease Management and Occupational Health specialization.

Formis is Launched
Formis – Cellma predecessor is launched.
Used for Fall and Osteoporosis Management Information System for the England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales.
1999 – 2001
Web application created – Cellma
RioMed Limited’s first software was called Formis, but due to a need to be more accessible, this then grew into the provision of a web-based application, which led to Cellma.
Cellma’s Predecessor Formis is Launched.

1) Launches FITOS.

2002 – 2004
FITOS and RioMed Limited’s First Irish Client
RioMed Limited started expanding into different services and specialisations. For more on the development of the earlier versions of the software.

First Clinic Use in Trinidad
1) Dr Aleong – Cardiologist in Diego Martin, Trinidad starts using Cellma.
2) Migrated to Ireland and continued using there.
2014
First Regional Client – Trinidad
1) Cellma is launched in the British Virgin Islands.
2) South-West Regional Health Authority public health provider for more than half of the population of Trinidad and Tobago starts using Cellma.
3) North-West Regional Health Authority starts using Cellma.
2015
Cellma expands regionally in the Caribbean and the UK
1) Tobago Regional Health Authority and Chronic Disease Assistance Program within Trinidad and Tobago begin using Cellma.
2) Private Pharmacy Chain in Grenada and Diabetes Specialty in Barbados.
3) RioMed wins software for all Sexual Health Services in London.
4) RioMed wins all Diabetes framework in Ireland.
5) Launch of Cellma 3.
2016
Opening of India Office
The focus of opening the India office is for support, configuration, and development.

Private clinic Caribbean Surgery starts using Cellma.

1) Launch of Patient Mobile Apps.

3) RioMed wins all Wales Respiratory projects.
4) RioMed wins the National UK Civil Aviation Authority project.
5) RioMed wins Audiology Services for Southampton Hospital.

COVID-19 Response and Development
1) RioMed wins Forensic Medical Services for all of Scotland.
2) RioMed wins COVID-19 Vaccination Management Solution for Trinidad and Tobago.
2022
Flexible Solutions for Health
1) RioMed wins National Rail Occupational Health Contract for the whole of the UK.
2) RioMed wins Occupational Health Contract for Gateshead in Northeast England for all police forces in North Wales and South of England.
3) RioMed wins Audiology project for 8 hospitals in the North of England.
4) Cellmaflex Launch in Trinidad, Barbados, and St Lucia.
