Acquisition of CAA Contract, Audiology Services and COVID Response and Development.
From 2017 onward, the company saw a gradual increase in business through its acquisition of the national health network in St Lucia and expansion to the Middle East for the expansion of pharmacy services. However from 2019 onward, a significant catapult into new developments saw the emergence of the Patient Mobile App which allowed clinicians and administrative staff the full functionality of Cellma within the palm of their hands.
There were significant wins for RioMed in 2019 such, mostly the CAA – Civil Aviation Authority charged to deliver key clinical and technical services for 250 AME – Aero-Medical Examiners for pilots, flight engineers and air traffic controls of which there are over 60,000 across the UK. RioMed also won the Audiology Services for the University of Southampton which included software aligned to assist in the delivery of all types of hearing implants and audiology services.

2020 – COVID-19 Response and Development
2020 saw the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, from 2020 into 2021 Cellma’s development included the development of screening assessments for COVID and the vaccination management process which was a detailed outline of the monitoring and distribution of the Covid-19 vaccine from Acquisition through to Distribution and follow-up of patient reactions. This project was exemplified in detail through the Ministry of Health’s Trinidad and Tobago’s Vaccination Management Programme from 2020 into 2021 and the island of Antigua’s Vaccination Programme.
