Late 2021 into 2022, Riomed Limited started conducting Market research on the island of Trinidad and Tobago to align their newest development with the needs and demands of doctors. Over 257 doctors participated in surveys and contributed to developing and designing a new Off-Shelf product. The company continued its diversification with new contracts and businesses. In late 2022, RioMed also won the tender for the provision of a Health Information System for the Moutn St John Hospital on the island of Antigua. Advancements in key modules such as document management allowed for digitization services to be provided to clinics and hospitals. Throughout the year, the development of the Off shelf product – Cellmaflex was continuous. With over 170 doctors, dentists, and diagnostic services signed up, it can revolutionize healthcare networks within Trinidad and Tobago. The idea is to include these functionalities on the islands within the region such as Barbados and St Lucia.
RioMed continues its commitment to advancing its products. Transitioning from 2022 into 2023, Cellma 3 would be replaced by Cellma 4 which would focus on improvements to the usability of the software. Cellmaflex’s expansion would also be pushed throughout 2023 as a major online healthcare booking portal.
